In accordance with health & hygiene regulations, products of a hygiene-sensitive and personal nature cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all NKM Silk products i.e. pillowcases, eye masks and face masks. When purchasing please choose carefully as we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund unless the item is faulty. Due to the hygiene regulations and the nature of the product our face masks are non-refundable or returnable.
Each item that we sell has been cross checked with an extremely strict quality control procedure before being dispatched. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you have received your order and we will investigate it further. Please include further evidence e.g pictures and a description which will make it easier to resolve the issue. You will then need to return the item to us for a thorough inspection. Please be aware that under EU hygiene regulations all seals, tags and labels must be intact and attached. NKM Silk reserve the right to refuse items that are not returned in an unused, unopened condition.
Once we approved a return/exchange your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your return. NKM Silk does not cover return shipping costs. Please make sure you keep proof of postage for your return as any item return to us is your responsibility until it arrives back to us. We advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
